Vaseline saucers term 4

This term we made Vaseline saucers for pet day.
what I liked about my saucer was  it was Symmetrical.

I used petals and I used yellow and orange ones.

I did well with my yellow petals.

Christmas tree writing term 4

First we sketched our Christmas tree. Secondly we wrote words about Christmas. Finally we made a poem about Christmas.

Art term 4

One was inspired by an artist named Kandinsky who used coloured circles in his work. We looked at the contrast between warm and cool colours and the black and white of the buildings.

Our second piece was using the Maori words we have learnt and using these to create a visual picture. The words become the shape of the picture.

Some things I did well were the straight lines on my tower.

Some things I could improve on are not having so much white in the background.
